The women group in every congregation has a separate fellowship every Tuesday evening. They are organized under the direction and leadership of a women director. Apart from spiritual formation of women in the church, the women department addresses all kinds of issues related to the well being of women and children in church and society by organizing camps, seminars, conferences and awareness programs. All their activities are funded through the collection of a handful of rice kept aside by every mother of the family before the preparation of daily meals.
